Not as a means to spy on and make money from new taxes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nPowerful applications are expected on the roads; the Galileo network would allow a vehicle&#8217;s exact movements to be tracked, presenting new possibilities for road-user charging and tolling.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And it&#8217;s not like the government will stop road tax and petrol dutys.
