There is one redemption in Dublin, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Phoenix_Park\">Phoenix Park<\/a> After seeing the graffiti painted and chiseled into castle&#8217;s embattled walls to the rusty neglected  post boxes outside the post office in the village.
