Often I wonder about the American Ideal, the image I grew up with, the one I remember from Superman. And while this isn’t about some comic book character. Deep down, I always wished that was the way it should be. <\/p>\n
I can not tell you how disappointed I have been with the current crop of politicians and their war on the American Ideal. They have managed over the years to subvert all the goodness, and replace it all with buzz word Ideas and word spins. They have managed to produce the political slogan that like that lost song, that from time to time, just won’t leave your thoughts. And maybe it’s not a great song, but it takes on a life of it’s own. <\/p>\n
Such is the political tripe that makes good deeds look bad and foul business smell sweet. I long for a simpler time, the remembrance of Supermen, and American Ideals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
